About Me
With over three decades of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, I have honed my skills in listing, selling, and closing properties efficiently while adeptly resolving any issues that may arise along the way. My commitment to excellence sets me apart, ensuring that each client's significant investment is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Commencing my career as a sales associate in Indiana back in 1990, I swiftly obtained my broker's license in April 1994, marking the beginning of my journey as a broker. Relocating to Florida in August 2018, I obtained my Florida broker's license in December of the same year, seamlessly transitioning my expertise to a new market.

Active involvement in various community roles has been a cornerstone of my professional ethos. From serving as treasurer, Vice President, and President of the East Central Board of Realtors in Indiana to holding leadership positions in the Chamber of Commerce, community engagement has always been a priority. Currently, I am engaged with the Sarasota Ministerial Association, contributing to their sponsored events.

My educational background, including a BA in English and a Masters degree in Strategic Management, has complemented my practical experience in the real estate realm. Additionally, I have completed the Indiana Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, further enhancing my leadership skills.

Beyond professional pursuits, my personal life is equally fulfilling. Celebrating over three decades of marriage to my wife Michele, we are proud parents to two children, Morgan and Micah, both of whom have started families of their own.

My expertise spans across various real estate sectors, including investment, rural/agricultural, commercial, and residential properties.
